Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy from the day you receive your order. 

Commissioned items are non-returnable.

To return an item:

- It must be unworn if it is a wearable item

- In it's original condition

- You need proof of purchase

- You must contact us first so that we can see if any reasonable compromise or exchange can be arranged before we organise a full refund.

A return address will be supplied once you have sent us an emailing detailing the reason for return.

Lost orders

A parcel is considered lost if it hasn't arrived after 10 days of the expected delivery date.

Refunds

Once your order has been received and checked, we will notify you whether it has been approved and your money will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 days.
